This publication was produced in the context of the COVID crisis, with a before-and-after comparison, and with the aim of establishing a framework for the use of remote working in the post-crisis period.
Based on the observation that fallback sites were not the most optimal solution in the context of a large-scale health crisis, and taking into account the use of remote working during the crisis, our publication reviews the different aspects and issues of remote working (legal, insurance, technical, etc.) as alternatives to traditional fallback sites.
The impacts of remote working on business continuity are then considered from different angles in order to provide an overall perspective and ways to improve business continuity plans for companies.
